Web recommendation, LED light question?

Good Day,

I am in the market for new light fixtures, I've called the local pool stores and feel like I'm getting taken to the woodshed. Can anyone recommend a website for purchasing supplies, LED light fixtures is the project du jour.

Also, because this technology (LED) is so new and ever changing, is there a company that is in the forfront for pool LED?

I installed one off eBay that's worked out great.
I mounted it in my steps and it's led color changing
Has several programs and fades in/out of different colors
It's really cool
Just do a search on eBay for 546 led pool light and you will see it
