Aqua Pro Pool Heater Error Message

Hi! Help! Keep getting error message that there is not enough flow, but checked the filter, the strainer! Not sure what to do! Any ideas! It is brand new, first use!
We do have a sand chlorinator.

Can you tell us more about your system? What size pump do you have? What model of heater? What is the filter pressure? And anything else that comes to mind.
