30 gallon barrel leak

Wife said she noticed it was wet around the base of my 30 gallon liquid chlorine drum. I know I had 15-20 gallon in it. Just got back in town and now the barrel is empty. I unhooked it and see a small hole in the bottom. Barrel only 3 years old. Anyone else have to replace theirs? How long should it last? It is a Greif. it sits on my pool pump slab. There is some small sand/abrasive feel on top of slab. Maybe small movements when I shake it to see how much is in it wore the hole. Not sure.

Did the leak cause any damage at your equipment pad?

Have you thought about switching to a SWCG? In our area, it makes a lot of sense.

Don't have to worry about heat-related degradation as well

I've thought about switching to SWG many times. Just don't know how much longer I'll live here. Ordered a new drum. Will be delivered tomorrow.

I didn't see any damage to the concrete. Leaked from the bottom.
