Jandy Aqualink RS OneTouch wrong day/date in 2011

My Jandy thinks the date is Sunday April 30, 2011 when it is really Sunday May 1st. There is no way to correct so day of week is correct to actual date. Stupid programming by Jandy, which definitely shows their QC concern. OK, rant over.

No doubt it depends on what version of the firmware you have.

And with Jandy you cant flash upgrade, you have to buy new.

That's my gripe. They put out buggy software and then want to charge full new price to fix these mistakes. Firmware that fixes known bugs should be free.

Not that its all that critical, but have you tried asking them to fix it?

OK - I just sent them support request through their website and will post back any response.

contacted back by support right away. They suggested hitting reset button on outside panel. I did not even know there was a reset button. It solved the date issue.
