Hi all,

I've decided to go salt this coming pool season and wondering which capacity unit to get. I'm going to get the Circupool RJ+ series which seems to be a favorite on TFP and I know 1.5x-2x pool capacity is the recommendation.

My pool is approx. 28k gallons and I'm located in New Jersey so there's no Texas sun blasting me. My neighbor also has a tree that shades the deep end of the pool around 1-2PM and continues to do so until sunset. The copious amount of leaves and sticks are no fun.
Going off this information, would you guys think an RJ-45 Plus would do fine or do you still recommend an RJ-60 Plus? The 60 will run me about $200 more but if it's more worth it in the long run, screw it.

Thanks for any feedback!

The 60 will run me about $200
That's about 15% more in cost over the 40K unit. The 60k gallon unit is rated for over 50% more chlorine production, so the upgrade seems like a great value.
