This is a year old+ Aqualogic PS-8. Customer called said several buttons were not working.
I checked it out, and every button that was originally set up as a macro wasn't working correctly. Went into the setup menu and found on each of the aux's as well as the valves the "group" was missing. And by missing I mean it is no longer there to select.
Everything else is there. I called it into warranty (which, because it is Hayward, su-ks), they sent it back as a programming error, and said they would go out there but they are going to charge me. I just laughed and said you fix it without replacing anything and I will pay. I guarantee I know more about these then the tech they would send out. Luckily this is the last of their POS equipment I have out there.
So has anybody ever run into anything like this?
