Polaris Sol 1000 Remote

The remote for our Polaris Sol 1000 has recently been displaying the message "Unable to communicate with Command Center" each time you try and activate it. I am trying to find out if anybody out there know of the proper way to "train" the remote because, the manual surely doesn't tell you how? Also I am wanted to know if anybody has had any experience of the conversion kit from the Polaris Sol to the Jandy PDA? Any input is greatly appreciated.

I take it that it used to work and now doesn't. Did you check the antennae leads?

I have checked that. Since I made this post I have successfully trained the remote. The problem with continues when I place the command center back into auto mode. While training the remote the RF Link light in the command center blinks, so I figure it is receiving the signal of the antenna. I hope some of this makes since.
