Was just wondering..I purchased a TF100 kit at the beginning of last season...how long can you keep the solutions before they "expire"..I actually won the extra kit last season in the contest, and didn't even open it yet!! Those solutions were'nt even opened yet! Just want to make sure I'm using "good" solutions!!
Thanks
Curt

PS..also need to know about the DPD powder..how long that is good?

If sealed and not opened, everything should be good for at least 2 years, though Taylor officially says to replace reagents annually. The most sensitive reagents are the indicator dyes and the FAS-DPD titrating reagent, but if sealed and in the dark and kept cool they should be good for 2 years. The DPD powder should be fine if kept sealed -- moisture and oxygen are its enemy.
