I have off of work tomorrow and was supposed to have my T104R and T106R delivered today so I can install them tomorrow, but amazon logistics failed and I don't know when I'm getting them now. I can't find a T106 anywhere locally, but I can get the T104R from depot. Is there a way to use two T104R's to achieve the same result? I assume not, but I can't figure out what's special about the T106 from the diagrams. Or is there another option that may be locally sourced? I can't find the P1353ME locally either.

edit: I see now that the t106 provides a "normally open" / "normally closed" terminal. I guess no way to simulate that with another model?

Yea you need the DPDT (dual pole, dual throw) version to operate the speeds of the pump. Probably the best thing to do is wait on the deliver from amazon since you already ordered it. Are you not able to run your pump at all or were just looking to upgrade your timer setup.

I was going to refuse the delivery because it was late. I bought a 1.5 HP pump (single speed) and believe it's too strong. So I just had a dual speed 1hp delivered and am going to sell the other one.

The cheapest solution to do the timers you want is what you already have on order. Unless you can find those two timers locally or one of the intermatic 3 circuit digital timers your best bet is just to wait until the box gets delivered.

Have you checked local pool stores, electrical supply houses, or possibly even a grainger if you have one locally. You are going to pay a lot extra for the same items though. The digital intermatics run in the 200+ price range.
