1994 Hotsprings Highlife model K, worth a try?

Ike, wow, thanks for all the info! It is the limited edition, and I wasn't sure how that was different from the others. My mom's tub has the moto massage and I liked it on the lowest setting. I don't like hard jets, so having 50 jets is not important to me. I mostly like floating around in the warm water and putting my feet on the jets. Although my kids would be impressed for the first 10 minutes, we don't need disco lights in our tub either. The jets are gray it seems, see pic below. Thanks for the tip on electric. Any idea what it will cost me to run the electric? I plan to put the tub on my back patio next to the house. There is just a regular outlet there now.

There are way too many variables on estimating cost to run 240V to that location, and in my experience it is worth getting more than one quote to have the job done professionally. Also download the PDF of the owners manual for your year tub, different models require different electrical connections, not sure about the limited edition. Regarding the control panel, you can get a new faceplate for it fairly reasonably as the electronic head board behind the panel is sold separately, check out Genuine Hot Spring factory replacement spa parts accessories! for parts they have a serial number parts finder to make sure you are getting the right part for your exact model.

p.s. all I see is the one picture of the control panel, the other 2 links don't work, ebay is also a good source for parts sometimes
