Hello Davangco, welcome to TFP 
If you could fill out a Signature Line describing your pool, its type, what equipment you have in use, how you sanitize and test the water, ect. You can find the place to fil that out under <Settings>. It really helps us help you.
Then go to the "Just Getting Started" forum and start a thread with a description of the problem and all the details you can. You'll get a lot of help.
