18x36 Inground pool build in Maryland

Good to hear they have the issue documented and have stated it will be no problem. Weather should be good once the current storm blows through.

What a magnificent space! That's going to be awesome with the pavilion and fire pit! Wish I had the space to do that much concrete, but my property is a wee bit smaller than yours. Can't wait to see yours finished!

2 man crew showed up at 7am today (Sunday, sorry neighbors!) to prep for plaster this week. Looks like they just scraped everything down, chipped a little away from the main drain and then pressure washed everything really good. They also drilled 2 holes in our tanning ledge for umbrella sleeves. Plaster and fill is supposed to be on Thursday but we’ll see, the auto cover company need to come reinstall the track that they had to take off to fix the coping and the electrician has to come wire the light since they couldn’t do that last time because it was full of water. After that they just need to install the stone autocover lid and the actual cover and final grade and we’ll be DONE.

Tomorrow is plaster and fill day!
Crew is supposed to be here in the morning to plaster the pool and 4 tanker trucks are lined up to deliver water shortly afterwards. We’re very happy that this adventure is coming to an end and at a perfect time right before summer.

Whose turn is it to hold whose beer ? I lost count. We've had alot of cannonballs lately. *hiccup*

CONGRATS @Mr47930 !!!!
Amazing! I think it's time to officially say, "Cannonball!"
Thank you both!
A balmy 35° here in MD this morning might delay the cannonballs!
Next up is the 18X20 pavilion we'll be building which will have a 65" TV, outdoor speakers, ceiling fan, lights/outlets. I think i'm just as excited about that as I am for the pool. Nothing like a cold beer and watching some football outside!
