VSP alert on iAqualink....what does this mean?

Hi all.

I just went to check on my equipment, and noticed a red alert light on my iAqualink. The screen read "VSP Alert: Push Select button to reset." I followed the directions and the red alert indicator went away. The pump and everything else seems to be running fine.

I had some work done on my stucco in the past couple of days and the workers were using the outlet by the equipment for their saw. If they by chance tripped a breaker, would this cause the alert to show up? Or is it something I should be concerned about?

Thanks!

Alert can be multiple things. Voltage or amperage out of range is a common alert. Loss of power can cause the alert. If the pump is SVRS, an alert will appear if the software determines that a suction change might be an entrapment or problem. Hard to tell for sure without more information.
