White scale in fibreglass pool

recently had my pool coat redone in tropical blue. The water is in for a week now.

Had terrible milky water and eventually got the solids to drop out.

White marks on the water line within days of adding water. It scrubs off but returns.

Also some white marks on the walls. Once all the solids have been vacuumed today i will have a better idea of what is going on.

Frustrated as i spent a lot to get it resurfaced and immediately i have this problem.

Was wondering if hydrogen peroxide may help??

Do you have a complete set of pool water tests? How do you test? How do you chlorinate?

I do not think hydrogen peroxide will assist you in your issue.

Also - can you put what state, province, or country Port Elizabeth is in?
