We sanded a week ago. I did some touch ups that week. Dried well. No rain on it for 2 days. There is some loose stuff here and there on some pavers that isn't stuck on. We got a really hard rain the other night and I got some poly sand in the pool. No big deal. Vac took care of it.
My question is is I know people will also track it in now and then and as we gets rains it will bounce in here and there.
My question is can it stick to my plaster underwater? I know I'm cleaning it up but don't know if I'm leaving anything behind that might be stuck. Or because it is totally in water the glue property is totally gone and it's just sand now?
