I fell behind on giving chlorine to my swim spa. I now have multiple translucent debris in the pool. My vinyl cover is slimy. I have raised the pool to over 20ppm of Free chlorine (CYA of 30). These flakes are increasing!! Any ideas??

It will take time. Any way to brush the cover? Take it off? It needs to be SLAM'd too.
