Sand in 12 ft above ground pool

Is there a way to clean the sand from the floor of my 12 ft above ground pool? Without breaking the bank or draining the pool?

Start a hose siphoning and suck it out onto the ground and then refill with fresh water. Depending upon how long it takes, you may only lose an inch or two of water.

Thanks, I should have thought of that. Now I have green cloudy water. at first it was only on the edges of the floor and I thought it was stained but as I tried to brush it it clouded up the water. now it's pretty cloudy green all the time. Small 12 ft pool, should I just dump it and start over? We will be camping for a few days next week, is this cloud harmfull?
If I have to drain it I'll do it before we go.
