Help Needed - Hayward Aquatrol SWG Issue

Good morning,

I'm visiting my mother in Atlanta and trying to get her pool up and and running. Her pool builder has not been very helpful at all and did not leave her with a fully operational pool. She has been manually adding Chlorine to keep her levels up.

I cannot seem to get the SCG to turn the pump on when it is plugged into the bottom. I also cannot get the control panel to recognize a flow of water. Has anyone had this issue?

What kind of SWG does she have? Please take and share a pic of her equipment for us so we can see what you are dealing with.

While you are working on her pool how about you put her pool info in your siggy so we can see that info at a glance.
