Hello, I just purchased an Intex Auto Cleaner, hooked the hoses up as directed, hand tightened. My problem is, I do not have good connections, they leak, some pretty bad. The cleaner did not come with washers or any instructions to tighten the connections (hand tightened all again once running, everybody tight). Vacuum does not move, troubleshooting in owners manual says the hoses should be tight with no leaks to allow in air. Any suggestions on how to fix?

If you have a bad enough suction leak, you should see air getting into your strainer basket or causing prime loss on the pump.

I have the same issue. Cannot get the air out of the hoses. I have tightened all mine. When I use. Hose to push water through the cleaners hoses I see air bubbles come out at the connectors that have "some play" to them. I cannot figure out how to solve this s problem.
