VSP Comm Error - Hayward EcoStar & Pro Logic

I cannot get my Hayward Pro Logic board to communicate with my Hayward Ecostar VSP pump. The pump says "Comm Bus Offline" and the Pro Logic says "VSP Comm Error". I followed the instructions to the T and can't get it to work. I even tried running different wires between the 7/2 & 8/3. The Filter Bus Address is set to "Filter". Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I'm out of ideas!

My only suggestion here is to call Hayward for some help on this one.

Don't know if these will help you or not. I know the Tri-Star technical guide helped me set my Tri-Star VS up in relay mode to work with my Jandy PDA controls. Good Luck.
