Test results - first time opening using TFP method

I started using the TFP method pretty early on last summer. IT. IS. AWESOME!!!!!! However, this is my first time opening without the "help" of my local pool store. Here are my readings:

FC - 0
CC - .5
CYA - 30
TA - 70
PH - 7.5
CH - 125

I added enough liquid chlorine per pool math to bring my chlorine up to 4 ppm. I am wondering if I should bring it up to shock level since my CC reading showed a .5. Water is crystal clear - only had about 1,000 worms to vacuum out! If I don't need to shock, should I go ahead and add MA to bring my PH level up to 7.8?

Acid will lower pH, and yours is fine right where it is anyway.

Just vacuum and brush and maintain FC. When you're confident it isn't going to go south on you, then raise the CYA a little.
