About a week ago we lost electricity Since then, the jets in the spa do not go on. The heater works, and the water heats up, but no blasts of water coming out. Does not seem like anything in white blow tube hindering it. Is there a reset or something?

Would need more information about the equipment or pictures would help. You refer to a white tube I assume this is your air line, is there water coming to all of the jets if so try blowing on air line with a shop vac if you have one. If this is a pool/spa combination,try draining the spa below jets into pool and then switch valves to run jets and see what kind of pressure you have
