Heatwave Heat pump leaking

Just saw my pool level went down by 3 inch . After investigation found out that my heatwave heat pump is leaking

Model # H125F-A

Any clue where should I start looking

Also I do not have manual for it,

Checked in the day light (Orlando).

Below the fan there is huge black cylinder on the top of it there is small black dome kind of part , water is leaking from there

Any idea what its called / where to buy / how to replace

I am not very familiar with pool heat pumps. Do that look like a replaceable part?
