Pool Pump Noise

Can you help me figure out what's causing this slight rattling noise that's coming from my pump? Hopefully you can hear it in the video below.

sounds like maybe something is caught in the fan... try putting pressure on the pump with your foot and see if the noise stops sometimes they come loose from the ground bolts if its even bolted doesn't sound like bearings

Is the sound coming from the back of the motor or closer to the pump basket?

Is the pump at full speed?

What is the filter pressure?

thanks, that was actually my gut instinct (about it being fan related). Now I wonder how easy it is to get into that space and see what I find...

it sounds like it's coming from the fan area. No, I'm running the pump at a very slow speed at the moment, and therefore the pressure is very low too.

you should be able to remove the fan cowling at the back of the motor with just a few screws, I also think it sounds like something got sucked into the fan.
