HELP! Pool filters/pumps won't come on

Hello
I am new to owning a pool. Bought a house that had a pool and owner has no manuals. Husband is out of country for work.
Took sample of water to local pool store. Needed to add Calcium. Followed their instructions to a T. They had me unplug the salt cell. Turn filters off. before salt cell unplug. Then turned filters on high and added calcium. Functioned on high for 4 hours and then turned it to low filter. left salt cell unplugged until next morning.

Noticed that for past few days the filter system is no longer coming on. HELP! Tried to find out how to fix online but nothing available. How do I get these back on?

Is the system in "Service" mode?

What are the timers set to?

What happens if you push the "Filter" button?

Is the displays showing anything?

Have you checked the main pool breaker in the breaker panel?

Does the aquaplus have breakers in the box?
