Ordered 120 volt light by mistake instead of 12 volt light. Can I just bypass 12 volt transformer inside the transformer case and provide 120 volts at the light? Pentair LED pool light.

I don't see why not. As long as the power cable is going through a 120v approved conduit/j-box and the light can be grounded, then their shouldn't be an issue.
