Not that I can determine. All I did was remove the old actuator and replace with new and toggled to the correct 180 position.

Not that I can determine. All I did was remove the old actuator and replace with new and toggled to the correct 180 position.
Guys, after reading gary's post, I realized that I had the toggle switch on the new valve in the off position...don't know why other than I thought the pressure side was in the off position. When you said not to put it in center position, that little light bulb went off and after moving it down, both valves are moving like they are supposed to....persistence and good people on this forum willing to take some time for the "somewhat more challenged" is what makes this place the best out there.
