Older Hayward H400 Pool Heater - need help findind blower motor

Hi all,

I have about 15 year old Hayward H400ID1 with a defective blower motor assembly. I checked with Hayward and the part number I need is IHXBWR1930 which is list as NLA. That is for the entire assembly

The motor itself is a Magnetek 208-240V 0.6A part# JE1F030NS and If I could find a substitute for that, I could probably replace the motor and reuse the housing. I can't find that motor listed anywhere.

Anyone have any ideas?

Yes that blower is usually NLA. Here are a few links from a quick Google search that might help you.

I would make sure everything else on that unit is is in good shape before putting any money into it. As you can see from your own search of the motor, many parts are obsolete.

Thanks for the reply. I had someone come out and look at it - when they bypassed the motor it worked fine. I had replaced the control board a few years ago and it worked intermittently. I will never again use the pool company recommended by American Home Shield. They spent 6 or 8 hours trying to make it work and never once suggested it might be a blower motor problem.

The other company diagnosed it in under an hour, but can't get the part.
