CH and salt content in spa when adding reclaim fill

Are the calcium and salt ppm's reduced when bringing water level back up due to evaporation?

No, because calcium and salt stay in the tub while the water evaporates off. As it evaporates, the water in the tub becomes more saturated since you have less water but the same calcium and salt. When you add more water you also add whatever calcium and/or salt is in your fill water, which leads to a slight net gain in both.
