Make sure you're logged in and under the homepage Pool School button, click on Settings. Then on the very left side of the page, under My Settings, click on General Settings. Under Messaging and Notifications for Default Thread Subscription Mode, select Through my Control Panel only or one of the email notification options. Save Changes at the bottom right of the page.
From there on out, you should be able to click on the Forums tab, then the Quick Links pull down and select Subscribed Threads to see all the posts you've started or contributed to. They'll be in Bold if they've changed since the last time you saw them.
