Power went out last night at some point. I was running in freeze protect but now It appears that I’m frozen. I have a cyclonic filter that’s clear, i can see that it’s frozen Dang near solid. Power is still out and I don’t think we’ll be above freezing for a few days.

i turned off the breakers at the equipment pad so if power comes back on it doesn’t start trying to work with ice in it.
Is this the right thing to do? Any other precautions I can make that I’m not too late on.

Yes. Now just remove those pump and filter drain plugs just in case something "tries" to drain. Cover the equipment and exposed lines as best as you can. Put an empty plastic jug in teh skimmer as well.
