Hi, I need to replace the bulbs in my UL e41110 with the label 98700600. I can not find anywhere if this is a 120 or if there is a 12v transformer built in. Leslie's can't find the light and I am not coming up with anything... Any help or direction I would really appreciate!

I need to replace my spa light which isn't turning on so I'm guessing the bulb blew. From my photo does anyone know what type of fixture we have and is it easy to replace? Do I need a gasket and a specific bulb?
