    So after adding almost 9 pounds of pool store absorbic acid to my pool on re-circulate mode, and chemistry of PH of 7.2 and FC of 1, TA of 120, it did not improve any of my stains in the least bit, not on the stairs or anywhere else and I’m not sure what to do next.

    I don’t have it in front of me but it’s another brand 60% algicide that is non metallic. It’s just not clear how much to put in, label instructions have initial vs weekly treatment and this doesn’t take in to account that I’m currently not chlorinating and how often do I repeat the algicide...
