I have seen to close you shock hold overnight, drain, cover etc. Any reason you couldn't lower water, then shock?? My as well save yourself some chlorine instead of just draining it out? Just a thought and question..

The shortage of pools cause everyone went out and bought one. I don't think people realize the work to keep one up and going. Seeing them for sale on Facebook. Liners are so dirty and awful. And the number of people selling them now is crazy. Ok that's all I got for now lol.

So my Intex salt water system I believe is quitting. And I know getting parts is almost impossible right now. So what is everyones thoughts on new system for a 32x16x52 Intex pool. ~15000 gallons?

Our water is really hard and the TA was super high. I have been keeping everything in check (TFtest kit and pool math subscription). Been adding acid and letting ph come back up. Is it just a slow process getting TA down?

Had an easy set pool before. Currently have the 18 x 48 ultra frame pool. Slowly learning how to maintain everything. The test strips and pool test app really help with maintaining levels. before I just guessed how much to add. Need to add a skimmer as this pool didn't include one. Tired of...
