Any ideas where to find some replacement parts? I believe it's from SR Smith circa mid to late 90s. Not sure of the model. Alternative ideas also encouraged. I was thinking of something made out of black or galvanized pipe, but I'm not sure how to attach it to the ladder. Thanks-

For some reason- I told the guy installing my liner I was going to put about 12lbs of CYA granules in the water. He looked at me like I was crazy and insisted I only needed 1lb. I just said "ok" :D
