Anybody have any tips / tricks on how to change this tubing? Inside of the Peristaltic pump

Planning on using node.js pool controller to control this. Will use polyethylene black tubing to inject the one to one diluted muriatic into the pool plumbing. Anyone know if The clear tubing running through these cheap peristaltic pumps will hold up? https://a.co/d/fwC8g76

Has the tubing from your Amazon pump stood up well with muriatic acid? How much do you dilute it?

2025. heater bypass valve stilll doesn't work on master temp 400. When using RS485, it will never exit cool down mode or move the actuator back to original position.

It certainly was not an option years ago when I pieced together how to use the USBDM. Sure enough, the newest versions have a "linear image" checkbox... This is great news, good job!

I only have the 2.090 firmware on my computer. I know I must have had 2.080 at some point, because that is still what is loaded on my wireless controller. I will keep looking.

When my neighbor upgraded to his intellicenter, I grabbed all of the internals from his intellitouch i7+3. I plan to try my USBDM at some point to see if I could upgrade the firmware on the MC912. I remember reading somewhere that somebody figured out how to get it to program these chips...

By read the chip, I mean does it detect which chip is on the board? It sounds to me like you are just running out of room. My guess is you only have 64 kilobytes of memory on the microcontroller. I would imagine you could get an easy touch controller and have more functionality. Or maybe...

Does the USBDM read the chip? It's been years since I last busted mine out. Did you by chance back up the firmware before you flashed it?

Can you show a pic of the microcontroller on the Suntouch? If it is only a 64 kilobyte chip, you probably cannot use the newest firmware as they are too big.

What programmer are you using?

Came home yesterday to my hot tub completely drained. My old Ortega check valve is the problem. The pool builder did not give me any room in the fittings to plumb in a new valve. My options are try to heat up the fittings and get that check valve out, or just pull all of the mechanism out...

My buddy is installing his equipment, he has the newest Master temp with the RS 485 connections. Intellicenter. The instructions are horrible. We found the ground and serial communication ports of the RS 485 connection, but cannot figure out where to connect the red wire. The instructions say...

Already have a working solution. Working on the repair. In this case, the fuse is connected to nothing. Is the whole bottom half of the board sometimes not used? Perhaps when another part of the system generates the RS-485 signals?

21.5V to the top of F1 but nothing to the bottom. Blown fuse? Where is the actual fuse?

It's this the newer board you referred to? It appears quite different as it has a pic24F microcontroller and its own RS485 transceiver.
