So any of the JP2, JP3 or JP4 can be connected to the motherboard Comm port J4 or J5. OK thanks. I have two wires (a green and a yellow data cable) double connected on the same connector on the intellichlor connector. Should they be moved to one of the other comm ports on the intellichlor board?

Hello. What is supposed to be connected to JP2 and JP4 in an Intellicenter IntelliChlor SCG circuit board?

I was able to repair it in so far as I can tighten (to then point where the magic lube is forced out), but not torque the screws. I used magic lube all around and then tested the spa. Once it goes from pool only to Spa only, still not getting basket full and flow seems to be inconsistent but...

Hi @JamesW, thanks for this. Unfortunately I don't think this is the same as mine as mine does not have any threads to screw into the niche that it came out of :unsure: Could that part be stuck in the actual niche??

Ok, replaced membrane panel. Connected to Intellicenter, verified intellicenter relay closes when turning on spa heat. Heater powers on, then goes dark but I can manually turn on the heater by depressing wither the spa or pool button and it comes on and fires. Issue now is why will it not...

@HermanTX Thanks sir, repaired/replaced the valve, restarted pump, verified pool supply was good then changed to spa, and when I did a "blob" of tangled sinewy "stuff" came out into the pump basket and I removed. Supply from Pool and Spa changeover now staying at same levels. Thanks!!

@HermanTX apologies, I may have misled with the verbiage. I did not reconfigure the system. I meant just changing the valves from pool mode to spa mode (from full open to pool for suction to full open to spa for suction, and from 75%spa/25% pool on supply side to full open to 100% spa supply)...

Some additional info: I noticed that in pool mode I am getting some air into the basket. Could a leak, possibly in the valve, be large enough to keep suction when in spa mode but then small enough that it is only letting a little air in when in pool mode?
