Question does/or did it change any of your chlorine/or and other chemical levels ? Should I watch and test for anything after adding salt other than salt

Looking for a auto vac that will work with 1600gph max flow on a vinyl 20x52 ag ? So many sales pitches and been burned by pool store salesmen. I've seen plenty that state 1600gph min flow rate will they still work just slower? Any recommendations? Or knowledge to share? Or should I quit being...

I did manage to find some info on the forums that possibly a 50% change can get copper levels down to or below 0.3? Is that my goal to get it at or below that? Before continuing onto my chlorine adventure - - - Updated - - - Liner is almost 1month old
