    I did both temp up to full and put it into remote mode and yes there a temp sensor in the pipes.

    My new Pda system isn't controlling my new Raypak heater. It seam I have done everything correct. Connected the wires to the Jandy board in the correct spots and put the heater up to full but the pad doesn't control the heater. Do I need to use a relay for the heater?

    Just wondering if anybody else has this issue. When I change the colours on my Jandy nichless lights, my Pentair VS pump switches speed for a few minutes and then go back to normal.

    I understand what you're saying, but the waterways jet bodies have 1.5" air lines and the Hartford loop is already buried in concrete so the only option is to up size at the loop to the pad. Do you think this will help?

    Thanks Yes Hartford loop, 2.5" supply lines down to 2" at jets and the air line is 1.5". The equipment is about 3'-4' away.

    Cantilever pool step and coping.

    That's what I was thinking but just want to make sure. Is there always a little gap between the liner track(coping) step gasket? It seams not matter what way I were to do it there would be a small area where the liner is not the track or gasket, maybe 1/2" or so.

    Sorry I guess I didn't explain it properly. I my step is cantilevered and I plan on putting a stone coping. My question is I have a double track coping that is 3/4" high, should my stair be flush with the top of the track or flush with the wall?

    Hi I about to install my fiberglass step for my steel/vinyl pool. My wall are in and I need some help. I need to know if the top of the steps should be flush with the top of the panel or should it be flush with the finished wall (wall + coping).

    48" panel and 42" step vinyl pool

    I was wrong it looks like the 1st step would be almost 18" with a 48" panel and a 42" step. I guess with a standard 42" panel the 1st step is around 12".

    Thanks, that make sense. The design is not to scale I just wanted to spread thing out to show my setup. One more question. I plan on putting the equipment in a partial pit (16-18" blow grade) is there anything special I should to to the plumbing. ie extra check valves or shutoffs.

    I do plan on putting Hartford loop in. As for the check valve between the heater and the swg I'm just going off the instruction from Jandy. I can't see it doing any harm having one there just add a little cost but could save me if there is a warranty issues with the swg. Does everything else...

    No blower just relying on Venturi air draw. The spa will only be 5-6' away from the air intake.
