update: This morning's OCLT was 1ppm, but the pool was till cloudy, so now Day 4 of SLAM process. Kept FC at or around 10 all day. Vacuumed pool again and was able to pull up a few leaves and other particles. water is still cloudy, but FC is at SLAM level. Plan o test again before going to bed...

Progress... from green to cloudy. still slamming until its clear... there are no pucks in the shark - he is just elusive. I got him out in the end. :-) Just a note, the ladder was only in so that I could cleanup the leaves.

Im Back! I got my test kit and everything is set. I tested here are the first set of numbers: TC: 0 (i kinda figured that :wink:) CYA: < 20 PH: 7.2 I added just under 4 gallons of 8.25% Bleach as directed by PoolMath. Now I wait... :-| I will post new results soon.

Does anyone know how long it takes to receive the test kit? I ordered mine and see that it has shipped via UPS, but have not received a tracking number to see when to expect it.
