I use the Pentair Screen Logic App. This is the only thing I see inline that may be it.

The pool temp on my app is showing about 110 degrees, which I know is grossly wrong. Is there a probe somewhere that should be cleaned or replaced? I am not sure where this temp is being read from. Thank you.

Pentair is not willing to warranty this. Their service seems to be horrible. I will end up replacing these myself. The question I have is does the pool need to be drained down or not? Thank you.

We have a neighbor that is having their pool plastered today. The builder told them they will acid wash it right after the plaster and begin filling it. Doesn't plaster usually need to set for about 24 hours before the acid wash and fill?

I’m obviously not familiar with any of this, but thought there may be some trick. The mood settings have some great colors that I would love to get the pool to stay on. Who knows, but definitely not me.

How is this useful or helpful?

Is there ANY way possible, be it a hack, add-on or any other way, to choose a color on Pentair lights, other than the 5 color that are in the app? If you use any of the 6 mood presets, clearly there are colors and blends there that I see, but no way of selecting them. Thanks in advance.

The back side of the pool is a planter box and that’s where our sheer descents are as well as the palms I’m concerned about. What if I ran the heater to hear the water to 80ish degrees and leave the pool on? Would that provide any additional heat in the cage area from the steam that it would create?

This is our first pool with a cage and we have some freezing temps coming in the next week. Does the cage help against freezes and frost at all? We have a couple of Christmas Palms that I’m concerned with, so just trying to get an understanding. We still plan on covering them to be safe...

Any chance that whatever caused this, might have done damage elsewhere? My gas heater is probably the first thing that may concern me.

Pentair is trying to tell me that the warranty is only good for the original owner. Does this sound right?

There is no tricolor feeder. I haven’t used any pucks since we have owned the house, but I can’t say what the original owner did prior to us buying the house. Lol
