Year two and the legs have not bent. The flat part of the legs are sitting on the wood base, it is more the rounded part of the leg going upward that is off the side that you are seeing.

Sorry it took so long to respond. Yes, I had to dig a little into the limestone so that the footings were level with the insulation. The insulation is going to sink in about a 1/4 inch after pool is filled also. I found the 2650 to a good size. If you have the money to spend get the 2650...

I bought a ladder that I was able to separate into two pieces and attached to deck and other into pool. - - - Updated - - - Top View with Intex solar cover and Intex skimmer that does a decent job.

The Intex cover that came with our 9 x 18 AGP is very thick(which is nice) but I notice it has holes in it(intentional ones). I thought winter covers didn't have holes in them. Is this not the winter cover I am supposed to use? It is not a solar cover, I have one of those too by intex.

I found #10 Sand, which is also known as #10 limestone, at the Rock Yard. I had 3 ton delivered and decided if it was too much I have a lot of other uses for it. I am adding on to the driveway so I used some as base. I hope to complete the leveling today if I don't tire out first.

Did you all place tarps both under and over the pink foam? I have planned to place a heavy duty tarp under the foam and use the one that came with the pool over the foam, but would like to know if anyone has a reason not to place one over the pink insulation.

I went to Home Depot this evening and bought the pink foam, boards for legs(had them cut to 15'' length while there) and gorilla tape. I also picked up an extra heavy duty tarp to put down on the ground instead of the one that comes with the pool. I will use the one that come with the pool...
