Tropics Blue Stone scape, it what I have and love the color! I used the regular pebble.

I have a Hayward ecostar pump, at lower speeds it just trickles down the spill way, at higher speeds its like a water fall! in pool mode. I'm not sure what hp that pump is but moves the water well in my 18x36 pool with 7ft raised spa. 80% speed.

Re: Does newly sprayed gunite have to be watered in the wint I would have rather water the Darn out of it, than scrub the plaster twice a day in 30's weather. Brrrrrrr. my hands are still numb.

They think it might be leaking around the light niche. I was able to fire up the spa, last night kids loved it! I am trying out and assortment of jets, would like to hear others preference? I woke Christmas Morning and Santa left me a present!

Well it looks like I may have a leak! I have added water last week and noticed last night the pool was low and pump was sucking air. I have a little water on the low side of decking, so I check around the whole pool and found some moist to muddy areas. My question should I fill back up to...

I gave the ps8 system with remote I just installed the aqua connect home network! So far I love it, except the pool lights have to be turned off and on to go to next phase of colors there is another pool light module to buy to correct this issue

I just hooked the remote system up . OMG this is so cool!

Stone scapes tropics blue X2 Love it, but in a little pain from all the scrubbing. Waiting for the pool to clear up from all the scrubing this week and see what the reward is!

Thank you Tracy, The Stone scape regular pebble plaster sets the pool off, we went with Tropics Blue. I will try and post some night pics tonight.

Re: New POOL in Central Texas pics UPDATE 12/04/13 Well been busy this week, plaster, acid washing, electrical,propane, and we filled the pool> Now time for scrubbing plaster!

We didn't get the weather as bad as yall did, but my back yard looks like a big mud pit! very nice pool!

I'm lucky they delayed my plaster until next week.

This is the reason, that I'm waiting before I landscape around the pool. Texas Weather 2 days ago it was over 80 degrees and sunny! wait a week and it will change again.

You also need to consider the thickness of the gunite and plaster. I agree too deep is better than too shallow.

Very nice! Love the Tile choices, my wife picked out ours (not my first choice) but I got my bar to drink from! Must see some night time pics, did you go with the color led's?
