Volts on this tag from the pump, I don’t know any other way to verify. Inside the breaker box it’s pigtailed to the heater and back down to heater

So it’s safe to say the pump is 240, meaning I can hook orange or red to either the white or the black?

Trying to figure that out, if there’s no white wire (neutral) in the pumps wiring then it’s 240?

White on Orange? Black on Red? Can anyone confirm?

yes I believe that is exactly how it is set up currently, the pump turns on and 2-3mins later the control center is powered, when the pump is off i have no power to the control center. Should it be set up a different way? Now may be the time to make any changes

okay so what do you recommend because the CircuPool came with 4' of wiring I need at least 12' is it possible to open up the CircuPool and wire in the old wires directly to the CircuPool therefore not having any splices?

The existing wiring is in conduit, I would reuse the conduit that's been there for 12 years all the way up to the CircuPool

Okay I’m misunderstanding the conduit from the aqua pure controller of the salt cell does connect directly to the pump in the back. I thought you were talking about the physical salt cell not the controller. I’m sorry I’m new to the terminology

No there’s isn’t a connection between the aqua pure and the timer, only from the salt system computer panel does the old Jandy cell connect to
