Part of the lease agreement. I know some people get a discount, or the owner pays for the pool to be maintained professionally. Every agreement is different I’m sure.

How long do you suggest I run the sump pump for? All day?

I can’t see the bottom of the deep end, but the leaves seem to be mostly on top. I have a brand new robo skimmer too. Do people put skimmer socks in the robo basket? Maybe it’ll help catch the finer particles

in case this helps anyone, this is currently what the VAT and Duty fees are on my order for the TFPro salt and an extra test tube. I’m sure this will continue to fluctuate and change as the tariff wars are still going on. I used Shippsy to import (they are also changing their prices in May)

Well, we haven’t moved into the new place yet, but I booked someone to open the pool tomorrow. My TFpro salt kit hasn’t come in yet. Plus we’re in the middle of packing and moving. Lol… wish me luck

I’ve been looking into the Aipers as they’re more affordable than other brands… thanks for this review! Hope the robot eventually figures out your pool. Seems like it needs to “learn” for the first little while

Are those levels of CYA okay for salt water pool in Ontario? I haven’t seen the pool as it was covered when we saw the home. Going by pictures, I think it is vinyl or fiberglass
