According to pool calc, I need to replace more than half the pool water with fresh water in order to get to CYA of 50 ppm. Is there any other way besides replacing water to lower CYA? So at this point in time, just concentrate on lowering CYA and work on adding borate later?

I got the light working! I had to move the switch a few times to loosen it up and voila! Works now. Thank a lot to all of ya! Now I just need to figure out how to work the waterfall assuming it is hooked up. Anyway here are more pictures of my setup from various angles.

There is a label saying light but it doesn't seem to be doing anything unless I have to "enable" it then turn it on somewhere else? As for waterfall, I don't see anything that looks like 2nd pump. I am assuming there is waterfall since I see lion's head and hole inside it along with thin flat...

I tried that and water was pouring out from the waterdrain pipe non-stop at full force. I had to stop it after 30 sec or so because the area was getting flooded. Faulty equip or different slot? Only setting the water won't come out is backfill. Recirculate setting also floods the area as wel.
