sorry for another dumb question but the salt light is now a solid red but when I checked the salt with my test kit it looked ok. I read somewhere that a solid red could also be an issue with a faulty flow switch...wuold this have anything to do with the lost communication error and no salt...

WELP...me again. I finally got around to ordering the new board and just replaced.......bad news is I still have the error message. I'm hoping I don't have to replace the entire IC30. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

will do....how do i check connection to the chlorinator itself...I didnt check that connection only the connections with the 4 pins going into the control box and that there was no visible cuts in the line

thanks for the detailed response.....I checked the RS cable and all looked good w/no cuts etc. I then opened up the chlorinator control/power box to where the 4 pin rs cable connects and again all the wiring looked good. I even pulled the fuse to see if it had blown. At this point, I guess...

Just recently started to happen. I have an IC30 SWG system and the STATUS - FLOW light blinks green (picture show solid but its blinking), error message stating lost communication to the Chlorinator and its show )ppm for salt. Not sure what the issue is or might be. I did put into service...

Jim, Wow.....you are the man. Not sure WHY but when I changed lights to generic it is now working. Very strange because I'm 100% sure the lights are the pentair globrites.....thank you again so much

Yes, you are correct...aux 2 is lights and aux 1 is blower......i went in to the circuit function for lights and Intellibrite was listed....also went into the scheduling system on the easytouch and everything looked normal.....thank you so much for trying to help. Do you think it would be...

Aux 2 to manually turn lights on. However, AUX 2 is not listed as a circuit in the scheduler

No bueno...still no lights. Maybe when they installed this they just didnt wire it properly to allow for lights to be set on a timer???

yeah I had lights set for one minute just to see if they would work. I have the colored LED globrite lights that change color. Not sure what you mean by aux 1....this stuff was all done prior to me buying home that had pool already. When I'm in the app and hit add new schedule I have these...
