I currently have a old Nature Soft SWG l,and I'm always have to reset it,or getting a flashing check cell lite. I would like to replace with a new unit. What unit would u guys suggest? Thanks

Bump up,any suggestions on what I can do about the white flakes?

I'm going to test fill water Calcium level and see where those numbers are at. Other than that what can I do about the white flakes that are settled on the bottom of the jaquzzi? Is the white flakes a result of the Cya numbers?And do I need to adjust any of my other levels? Thanks!

No water softner for the house. It originally a softner but was removed. Here in Santa Clarita they have banned them as they say the softners are compromiseing the water table.

The cell is maybe 1 years old.

I usually end up having to clean the cell every 4-6 weeks. I believe the water in our area is naturally "hard" as a lot of people run water softners. I've been noticing some of the white flaking settling in the bottom of the jaquzzi as well. Thanks for the help btw! - - - Updated - - - Do u...

So finally got a day off and pump has been running for over 1 hour. The best I can tell the board is showing 2800 ppm. Calcium test shows 750ppm and Sodium Chloride is 4000ppm. Let me know what u guys think...thanks!

Using the same 10ml sample I came up with Calcium-850ppm and Sodium Chloride-4400ppm. Not sure if it matters but pump was running yesterday while I tested and not running today. Thanks!

I was thinking the same about the Calcium being high. I'll re-check both the salt and calcium tomorrow. Not sure about the copper in our water. Thanks for the input!

So after receiving my test kit and way to much work I finally got around to doing my test! Here are my results any info and input would be appreciated! CL-5 ,BR-10,PH-7.8,Chlorine drop-7.5 & no CC,Calcium Hardness-1000ppm,TA-130,CYA-30,and Sodium Chloride-4800ppm. Let me know if I missed...

Cleaned the cell,it's amazing how the calcium builds up in 3-4 months. Tomorrow I'll pick up a salt test kit. Thanks again!!

I clean it every 4 months. The board says its still generating,but flashing low salt.

I have a Nature soft by Pebble tech system and its flashing low salt. I replaced the T-cell last year and system has been running great! Just not sure how much salt I should add. Our pool is roughly 16-18k gallons. Thanks for any help!
