Wiring Diagram for Automatic Pool Covers Inc Motor?

The last two times I've tried to open my cover, the switch doesn't function (nor does bypassing the switch). These were a few weeks apart. I functioned well all season except I had to replace the switch midway though. Now, when this happens, the motor doesn't make any noise at all. Each time...

How to fix gap between coping and concrete?

Is this just a cosmetic problem? Or is it more of an urgent issue?

How to fix gap between coping and concrete?

Is there a temporary fix I can do to keep water from getting in there? To replace the coping, I'm assuming that means new concrete as well?

How to fix gap between coping and concrete?

I know at some point, we’ll need to replace the coping and concrete. But for now, how do I fill these gaps?

FC Up & Down - Do I need to SLAM

Yep. Comparing my numbers to your 9.6 FC / 24 hours, I came up .8 FC short. That's close enough for me considering all the variables at play. Thanks for all your help @Newdude in walking me through this!

FC Up & Down - Do I need to SLAM

It was definitely on Superchlorinate because I turned it off in the morning after the test. My schedule looks like this: Pool - 12:00am-12:00am (1300 rpm) Pool High - 9:00am-9:15am (2900 rpm - purges bubble from pump basket) Skim - 9:15am-10:15am (2100 rpm) Skim - 2:15pm-3:15pm (2100 rpm) The...

FC Up & Down - Do I need to SLAM

Follow up, I was looking at my NodeJS-PC Dashboard and saw "Low Flow" under my IC60. Flow was green when I was out there earlier, but it was red this time when I went out. Perhaps it's doing this regularly causing the cell not to produce. I turned the pump up 100rpm and I'll run the test again...

FC Up & Down - Do I need to SLAM

The cell was purchased new in March and installed in April. All lights are good. I'll check it for buildup later today. Also maybe relevant, it was on super chlorinate during the day yesterday as well. 6/22 5:41am FC - 3.2 6/22 9:18pm FC - 5.8

FC Up & Down - Do I need to SLAM

Just want to make sure I’m understanding correctly. So tonight: 1. Test FC after sunset 2. Set SWG to 100% 3. Measure FC at sunrise Is that right?

FC Up & Down - Do I need to SLAM

How often & for how long is your autocover open? Our is typically open 3:30pm-6pm and closed the rest of the time unless I'm doing something with the pool / the dolphin is running a cycle where it cleans the water line. Right now it's back at 20. It was rising steadily at 20 (I think) and I...

FC Up & Down - Do I need to SLAM

I get it. For me, it's not about relying on it, it's more about keeping an eye on general trends (especially pH). I'll still be testing regularly with the K2006C. Mine should be running 24/7, and the UV exposure should be much less than a typical pool since it's covered except when we're in it...

FC Up & Down - Do I need to SLAM

My question is: is it normal for fc to be up and down like this or is it a sign I need to slam even though my CC is low? Also, FWIW, every time thus far when I’ve compared the Sutro’s results to the K-2006C, they’ve been right on.

FC Up & Down - Do I need to SLAM

My water has been crystal clear. It's maybe a little cloudier today. CC has been under .5 when tested. The past couple days my FC is bouncing up and down. During some of this time I used the Superchlorinate feature on my IC60 (but only for a few hours at a time). My logs are in my signature...

Lost Sunglasses Screw in Pool - Problem?

Today, we lost a screw from a pair of sunglasses in the deep end of our vinyl-lined pool. Looked for it but couldn't find it at the bottom (pool was shaded). Will this potentially damage pump / filter / plumbing? Is this a big problem? Little problem? Potential but unlikely problem? How...

    Intellicenter Cover Card Question

I have an intellicenter & IC60 and the pool cover card. It's working well and I have it setup so it decreases the output when the cover is closed (which is most of the time). I can adjust the SWG output when the pool is uncovered using the panel, the app, the web portal, and NodeJS Pool...

    Settling under Older Concrete Deck

Another day, another question about our 20ish year old pool. Recently, I dug down to the skimmer to bond the pool water. In the process, I noticed that the deck on this side of the pool is almost completely supported by the wall brackets and that all the dirt/fill has settled underneath leaving...
