I just drew a rough outline of how I think the pipes should run. Yellow lines for the new supply/return and skimmer. Green outline for new equipment location. Currently there's about 5" between the pool deck and edge of the foundation.

Hopefully it's not a sign of the unit beginning to break. I'm trying to time how long it takes to start the pump. Some days it's 3-5 minutes, other times it takes an hour.

I got the drive - ordered an SPX3400DR from amazon. However, the sticker on the new drive says SP3200DR and manufactured in 11/2021. The box that Hayward sent in says SPX3400DR. Is SP3200DR and SPX3400DR the same? I don't want to install an old model that still has the same issues.
